Lazaro Llanes

Lazaro Llanes is a Cuban-born, Miami-based artist and founder of BEMBETONIC™️ (Est. 2025), fusing Afro-Cuban bembé drums, Christian Gospel and Reggaeton. A registered nurse and father of three, Lazaro first played drums at 15 after his father bought him a red drum set. He taught himself guitar and piano to play for his daughters, with faith in Jesus Christ at the center of his sound. His Virgin Music Group debut MUEVE EN HALLOWEEN (322K+ Shazams) introduced BEMBETONIC™️ — urban 808s, healing lyrics, and bembé percussion.
